Team Tony is a non-profit organization that pairs cancer survivors with cancer fighters in order to provide support during the battle with cancer.
To help break the ice, Team Tony launched the Journey Books: physical journals that are passed from survivor to fighter and then along to their family and friends. The Journey Book builds trust between the survivor and fighter, and when passed along to family and friends it grows awareness for the organization.
We also created a campaign around the Journey Books and Team Tony's new tagline, "Shared Steps Through Cancer", which you can see on their website: teamtony.com
As Co-Creative Director, I oversaw all copy for the campaign and promotional materials.
